We want you to be happy with Wayfolio Pro. If it isn't right for you, you can get your money back. Payments for Wayfolio are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, which issues all refunds.
14-day money-back guarantee
You can request a full refund within 14 days of any Pro payment. This covers your first payment and every monthly renewal. You don't need to give a reason.
How to request a refund
Use either of these options:
- Email us at [email protected] from the email address on your Wayfolio account, and tell us which payment you want refunded.
- Contact Paddle directly at paddle.net using the details from your receipt email.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
After 14 days
We don't offer refunds or partial refunds for unused time after 14 days, except where the law requires it. You can still cancel at any time to stop future charges.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel Pro at any time from Settings → Billing → Manage subscription in your dashboard. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling on its own doesn't refund a payment. If you also want a refund within the 14-day window, request it as described above.
What happens to your blog after a refund
When a refund is issued, your Pro subscription ends right away and your account moves to the Free plan. Your content stays published, but Free plan limits apply to anything new. Pro features, such as your custom domain, Pro themes and custom accent colors, stop working.
The Free plan
The Free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
Fair use
We may decline refund requests that are clearly abusive, such as repeatedly subscribing and requesting refunds. This doesn't affect your statutory rights as a consumer, including any right to cancel under the laws of the country where you live.
